Not true, let's clarify.

When you break our rules, Alexhost reserves the right to refuse to give the customer any kind of backup.
However, if Alexhost detects that has wrong, the will compensate the customer.

We always provide notice when you request. After being suspended, backup won't be provided due that you violated our AUP or TOS.

That's very clear, just don't break our AUP / TOS and you're fine. Do you expect Alexhost allows Spammers, Fraud activity to reactivate the service which was been suspended for such reasons? No.
yeah break the rules and never give any chance to explain. i have bad experience with alexhost. this is the real "fake sensation" for me

with the same condition, shinjiru listened my explanation and gave my access back with condition when the same issue arise in the future, they only give me 12 hours to take down the post, not suspend my account immediately. the real sensation for me actually

First, you need to know which location you had use with us? VPS? We have 3 locations.

Before order please open a ticket support, if your project may have some abuse reports that violates our terms of service or acceptable usage policy.
Explain that before in the ticket about your website, project to our support understands that you will work to remove anything.

Alexhost doesn't suspend anything without a valid reason, if we suspend is because someone violated our rules and that's not allowed.

Also Alexhost works hard to avoid any kind of abuse that is not tolerated in our network. If your project receives anything bad and is against our rules you should contact us in order to add "note" in the client account that you will work to remove the content.

Alexhost also will give your time to remove any content, but if it happens regulary or if is get annoying or if you someone is doing "fake removal of processes" let's say "hide" and show after some days, that is not allowed in our network.

Alexhost doesn't suspend without a valid reason, just open a ticket. If Alexhost is wrong, you will be compensated for that. That's for sure.
Now, we don't tolerate some abuses that clients or customers refuses to work or improve! The client is responsible for the content there and must take actions to remove it. Even if is not their fault, block temporary uploads, limits or anything like that.a

One warning is OK, but if it happens a lot of time and if we receive anything from Police or Court order from local law (where the servers are) we must obey. So you need to understand, we obey to local laws and where the servers are located.

I was using your dedicated server, I think its Moldova

I'm afraid this claim is not right, at least in my case. The case is child porn abuse. I don't and never want to post anything in my site related to child porn. Is just zip material that I reposted from internet using shortener link. I couldn't indicate someone age just from the picture and I just posted 1 picture as image featured my post, which is this picture is the problem. the materials itself stored in the other cloud service. I already ask your support but the answer still no, not even negotiation nor additional time to deleted the post.

How can I possible to prove i'm not abuse your service when there is no chance to deleting it?

Like I said, you not even gave me time to delete it. And part of Police or Court order from local low, for my case, I'm pretty sure it was just an email warning, because I got it as well. But your team may not trust me and choose to suspended my account rather than trust me to take action.

Why I should contact you when I already moved to better hosting? And do you think I don't understand your server is not a bulletproof? That is not the case.

After I move to another better hosting that I use until now, I read so many similar cases like me happened to others.

I don't blame you, its your decision, its your rules. Actually I never faced any technical problems when I was using your service. Beside, I would say thank to you. If you not suspended me, I will not meet with my current hosting.

Yes, this is a false statement . Lying in public.:laughing: And someone just made a fake report.This IS CP, and he will simply suspend without verification .He simply needs your hard earned money and will suspend your hosting later, without any authenticated information. i rather stay away from such hosting . made my mistake years ago.
